Description

Roussanne is a white grape from the Rhone region of France and our favorite Rhone white wine. Sonoma Valley is a perfect place to grow it. The wine has the crispness of Sauvignon Blanc with the flavor of white peaches and mangos. We enhance these characteristics by very gentile cold pressing the juice from the grapes and fermenting it on selected yeast at a cold temperature. It pairs beautifully with light luncheon fare.
