The 2019 Syrah reflects the richness of its terroir, giving it delicious flavors of ripe blackberries and structure. It was barrel aged in our wine cave for 32 months. Syrah is the perfect partner for sitting the fireplace or pairs well with foods off the grill or an oven baked casserole.
Our 2013 Cabernet Franc blend is like one of our Cabernets laced with dark chocolate truffles. As the progenitor of Cabernet Sauvignon, it possesses the firm tannins, rich body, and the long finish of its descendant.
This is the premier release of Wolf Run Cabernet. We like Cabernets from the mountain tops. The sparse, rocky soil, the full exposure to the sun, the rootstocks selected for low yield in mountain vineyards produce Cab that is dense, intense and complex. We aged it for 44 months in our cave. It is delicious now and will improve over many years of aging.
The weather is ideal for Pinot; summer mornings shrouded in Pacific fog followed by often brief hours of sunshine. These perfect conditions produced the 2017 Pinot Noir that is elegant and multidimensional.

This Rosé of Syrah is more than just a sipping wine. It pairs beautifully with salads, turkey and spicy fare. Its nose is like a berry and herb tea. It is fruity yet dry, light and bright with a long finish.
