Description
Super T-Rex pays homage to the iconic Super Tuscan style and the Rex familie’s Italian heritage. The base is Sangiovese, Italy's most cherished grape, which is skillfully enhanced by the addition of six other varietals. Zinfandel complements the Sangiovese by accentuating its strawberry notes. Cabernet Sauvignon contributes to the wine's structure and a lingering finish. Syrah fills out the palate with rich, bold flavors, creating depth. Malbec infuses the blend with blackberry nuances. Petit Verdot introduces a touch of spice. The wine is aged for 35 months in barrels in our cave, allowing the flavors to marry and the tannins to soften, resulting in a well-balanced and delightful wine. With a limited production of only 300 cases, Super T-Rex is a true expression of our winemaking art. The wine promises to delight the senses and ffers a sophisticated tasting experience.
