Description

We’ve been making Sauvignon Blanc from Jon Peterson’s Vineyard in Kenwood for 30 years. They are the most flavorful grapes you can imagine. Our goal is to capture this flavor in the glass. We cold ferment the juice slowly in tanks to retain its freshness and tropical fruit flavors of pineapple and mango. It is dry, blossoms with remarkable aromatics, and has a lingering finish. We made 230 cases.
