Description

Knight’s Valley lies between Alexander Valley and the back side of Mt. St. Helena. It is one of the three best California Appellations for Cabernet Sauvignon. The Zukowski Vineyard is on the edge of the valley as it starts to climb Mt. St. Helena and has the best terroir of the appellation. The 2012 vintage was exceptional. This Cab is a field blend, all the varietals from the same vineyard co-fermented.

Now, after 11 years this spectacular Cabernet has stood the test of time and aged into a smooth, ultra-deep, perfectly balanced beauty. After opening, let it evolve in your glass as it takes a breath after its long confinement.
