Double Gold at the 2017 American Fine Wine Competition Gold at the 2018 Sonoma County Harvest Fair Art and tradition come together in our 2012 DRX, a Bordeaux style blend that accentuates elegance, balance, and complexity. It is the penultimate of our art. The 2012 vintage was the best vintage since 2007. We selected, by taste, our favorite barrels from many lots of each varietal, marking each barrel with an X so we could keep track. After 22 months in the barrel, we blended the wine and aged it for an additional 15 months. This DRX will age well and taste good along the way.
