White Rex is blended, by taste, from varietals that fit together like a puzzle on your palate. The Sauvignon Blanc gives the wine a crisp lift, Roussanne adds the flavor of the skin of white peaches on the mid-palate. A touch of Chardonnay gives the wine a long finish.
