Description

This is a new Zin for us, and you know we love the Dry Creek Valley for Zin. Also new with this Zin is the blend. We usually leave Zin straight, but we couldn’t help ourselves. We always do taste trials, and this time, the blend won. It adds a whole new level of complexity to what is already a powerful wine. Grilled steaks, short ribs, pizza, chocolate desserts, or by itself, you can’t go wrong.
