We like the mountain Cabernet vineyards best. Their high mineral content rocky soil, low nutrients, and abundant sun grow the best Cabernet. Pasatiempo is high on Sonoma Mountain on the southwest side of the valley.

The 2021 @Pinot is from the Carneros appellation at the southern end of Sonoma County where it touches the San Francisco Bay. True to its origins, it is gentle in color, delicate on the palate, delightfully complex and delicious. It is “top shelf” on a budget.
