The Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma County is one of the best places on the planet to grow Zinfandel. This Zinfandel is a powerful wine, robust, spicy and concentrated.
Ivy Glen Zinfandel is from a 50+ year old vineyard on the eastern slope of Sonoma Mountain overlooking Sonoma Valley. This wine, has dense, concentrated flavors of dark berries, spice and earth that dance on the palate and tantalize the senses. It will knock your socks off!
Our Old Vine Zinfandel is grown on dry farmed vines planted over 130 years ago by the Buchignani family. A bold wine: it reawakens a satiated palate and restarts a lagging conversation.
We are honored to celebrate the legacy of PJ Rex, the co-owner and beloved wife of our Winemaker Robert Rex, by offering an exclusive 42% off, as this year marks our 42nd harvest at Deerfield Ranch Winery. PJ’s inspiration and style have been the heart and soul of Deerfield.
This Meritage style blend, assembled by taste, accentuates the Cabernet, reaching every part of your palate. We barrel aged it in the cave for 30 months and made 180 cases.
Richer flavours of black plums and ground cacao underpin an otherwise lithe expression of fruit and floral aroma. Wet slate laced with succulent red fruits and lingering tannin on the finish.
A great Pinot is delicate, not too dark, complex on the palate with gentle tannins. The flavors expand from the center of your palate outward. Pinot Noir is also one of the easiest wines to pair with food, as it goes with almost everything.

Introducing our first ever @Rosé! The grapes for @Rosé are picked later in the season resulting in an off-dry, or slightly sweet Rosé. The acidity is softer, & the color pinker. The luscious fruitiness explodes across your palate; Perfect for a summer day. Don’t be afraid to throw in an ice cube
This Rosé, made from our Estate Syrah vineyard, is more than just a sipping wine; boasting a fruity yet dry profile with a long finish. Proceeds from its sale help fund the restoration of the Kenwood Marsh, home to the Kenwood Marsh Checkerbloom pictured on the label.

The vines love this terroir, producing abundant flavors of ripe strawberries in the wine. We accentuated this flavor with Malbec, which deepens the flavor and gives the wine a long finish.
This is the premier release of Wolf Run Cabernet. We like Cabernets from the mountain tops. The sparse, rocky soil, the full exposure to the sun, the rootstocks selected for low yield in mountain vineyards produce Cab that is dense, intense and complex. We aged it for 44 months in our cave. It is delicious now and will improve over many years of aging.

The 2021 @Pinot is from the Carneros appellation at the southern end of Sonoma County where it touches the San Francisco Bay. True to its origins, it is gentle in color, delicate on the palate, delightfully complex and delicious. It is “top shelf” on a budget.

Art and Tradition come together in our 2007 DRX, a Bordeaux style blend that accentuates elegance, balance and complexity. It heralds Robert's 43 years of experience making Meritage wines.

We’ve been making Sauvignon Blanc from Jon Peterson’s Vineyard in Kenwood for 30 years. They are the most flavorful grapes you can imagine. Our goal is to capture this flavor in the glass. We cold ferment the juice slowly in tanks to retain its freshness and tropical fruit flavors of pineapple and mango. It is dry, blossoms with remarkable aromatics and has a lingering finish.
The nose fills your head with lush aromas of ripe apricots, dried peaches and tropical flowers. The taste is exotic, sweet but not cloying; it’s like dried apricots over Cream Brulée, rich and sumptuous.
I prefer Tawny as an end of the evening wine, often with a cigar. It is great with dark chocolate. The dark chocolate truffles I make, often available in the tasting room, are flavored with Deerfield Tawny. Santé Robert Rex
